How do credits work?
Credits are used for eligible generation features in the AI product where they are purchased. The amount required can vary by feature, model, and generation settings. Review the credit cost shown in the app before starting.
Do my purchased credits expire?
No. Purchased credits have no time-based expiration. Using credits reduces the balance. Approved refunds, account deletion, and misuse-related restrictions are separate matters described in our Terms of Service.
Is this a subscription?
No. These four packs are one-time purchases. Buying a pack does not start an automatically renewing subscription.
Can I transfer or cash out credits?
Credits are digital usage entitlements for the relevant product, not cash or a stored-value account. They cannot be traded or redeemed for cash, except where a refund or applicable law requires otherwise. A pack does not promise a shared balance across different products or accounts.
What if a purchase or generation goes wrong?
