Scope and the Relmi service
This notice applies to Relmi's image-to-video and video-template features. Coastal Villages Pollock LLC operates Relmi and is responsible for the practices described here. This company website provides product information; visiting a page does not upload your photos or start a generation. Public app-store links are marked Coming soon until available. Sudoku's offline puzzle experience is covered separately by the general Privacy Policy.
02
Information handled on this website today
The website and support channel may process ordinary request, security, diagnostic, contact, and support information as described in the Privacy Policy. If you email a prompt, photo, screenshot, or other attachment to support, it is treated as information you deliberately included in that conversation; emailing it is not a request to run AI generation. Send only what is necessary to explain your question.
03
Inputs and outputs for an AI feature
Relmi uses the image you deliberately select, your chosen video template and generation settings, and any prompt or creative instructions you provide in a supported feature. It also processes the generated video and preview, creation and account identifiers needed to return the result, and limited technical events needed for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. These records connect your request with its result; they do not give us access to every photo on your device.
04
Your choice and device permissions
Generation starts after you choose a feature, select an image or template, and submit the request in Relmi. Review the feature's explanation and any notice shown before continuing. Permission to access a photo library is distinct from selecting a particular file for upload. You can manage device permissions in operating-system settings, although refusing a necessary permission may prevent the related feature from working. Where separate consent is required, a general acknowledgment of terms does not replace it.
05
Purpose of generation processing
We process generation data to create and return the video you request, provide short-term creation history and re-use, administer applicable credits, protect the service, and investigate a specific support, failure, or safety report. Product quality analysis is limited to service reliability, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and aggregated or de-identified operational trends. Avoid including confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in prompts or uploads.
06
Self-hosted AI processing
Relmi runs self-hosted AI models on generation systems operated by us for Relmi. Prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, and related generation context are processed on those systems and are not sent to any third-party AI service. Generation runs on our servers, with the app communicating over a network connection. App stores and non-AI operational providers may still process limited information for hosting connectivity, purchases, security, diagnostics, or support as described in our Privacy Policy.
07
No model-training use
We do not use personal information, prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, support attachments, or other user content to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models. The permission needed to process a requested generation does not authorize that training use. Your content is handled to provide and support the requested service.
09
The 36-hour generation-content window
Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated videos are stored briefly to provide creation history, re-use, and support for your requests. They are automatically deleted from Relmi-operated generation systems no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if you delete the creation or your account. Limited account, purchase, support, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, backup, and legal records may follow separate retention periods where necessary for those purposes. Retained records are not used to train general-purpose AI or foundation models. Purchased credits have no time-based expiry; this does not mean media is stored permanently.
10
Deletion and withdrawing permission
You can delete an eligible creation using its in-app control. To delete your Relmi account, open Personal Settings, choose account deletion, review the notice, and complete the confirmation steps. A confirmed request removes the account and associated personal content from active systems, subject to the limited retention exceptions explained on our deletion page. Contact support if you cannot access the control or want to request deletion of support information. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.
12
Security, access, and international processing
The safeguards and international-processing information in our Privacy Policy apply to information we handle. Access to generation data is limited according to operational need for service delivery, security, troubleshooting, and support. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected privacy or security issue to our support address with the minimum details necessary to investigate.
13
Your rights and questions
For access, correction, deletion, consent, objection, or other applicable privacy requests, contact support@coastalvillagespollock.com. Identify the product and the information involved without including unnecessary sensitive content. We may verify your request and respond in accordance with applicable law.
14
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when product features, processing arrangements, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we provide it before the affected processing. Read this notice together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
